How do I reach Udug?
Email support@udug.com. Once you have an order, the fastest way is from that order in the app, so we can see what happened.
Something is wrong with my order.
Open the order in the Udug app and report it there. Describe what's missing or wrong; photos help.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under your account, or without the app by following the steps on Delete your account.
How does Udug use my information?
